What’s in the bath?

Baths are my proprietary blend of bath salt, anointing oils, herbs, and flowers infused with Reiki and blessings to support your process of releasing the old and attracting the new.

What should I add to the bath?

You can simply add the package to your bath and set your intentions - that’s it! You can also add additional ingredients listed on the packaging to increase the energy of your bath. If you add additional ingredients, you can use half the content of a full-size package (if you chose). If using a small package, use the entire package even if you add additional ingredients.

When should I take a spiritual bath?

The Cleanse and Protect bath should be used at a full moon and during the moon’s waning phases - this is a period of release. It can also be used when you feel overwhelmed or are grieving and need to shift the energy. You want to use the Cleanse and Protect before using the Abundance bath. Use the Abundance bath during the new moon phase or when doing rituals for attraction, abundance, or self-love.
